Stuff the Bus School Supply Drive

Stuff the Bus, United Way’s signature engagement initiative, is a community-wide supply drive that invites companies and individuals to donate much-needed school supplies. These donations will help Mid-South students and teachers start the school year off right, equipped with the tools they need to succeed.

The drive will run throughout July, with a culminating drop-off day on August 1st at the Memphis Sports and Event Center. United Way will supply companies and organizations interested in participating with a collection receptacle to invite employees, family, and friends to donate. Individuals may drop off during the month of July at one of our participating locations throughout the Mid-South. (listed below)

DROP-OFF DAY

On Friday, August 1, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., all participants may drop off their donated supplies at the Memphis Sports & Events Center.  We will have volunteers on-site to help receive, count, and pack all donations, which will be distributed to Mid-South students and teachers.

You can support this amazing initiative in the following ways.

• Donate and collect much-needed school essentials. If you would like to get your company or organization involved, click here.

• Shop virtually using our Amazon Click List to purchase items and have them sent directly to United Way of the Mid-South.
