United Way of the Mid-South is proud to announce an innovative partnership with CaseWorthy and Driving The Dream. This connectivity is made possible through a generous grant from First Horizon Foundation.
CaseWorthy is a platform used by human service organizations to achieve greater efficiency in the work they do every day so they can serve more people in less time. By migrating agencies to this new database, our partners receive a much-improved user experience as well as the ability to collect richer, more actionable data from the network.
“Partnering with CaseWorthy will allow Driving The Dream to adapt to a changing environment, brought on by COVID-19, and allow the network of resources to become available to families directly,” said Cecelia Johnson-Powell, Director of Driving The Dream. “The end goal is an increase in the number of families who are aware of the services that are offered to meet immediate needs.”
Through United Way’s partnership with CaseWorthy, Driving The Dream partner agencies can now connect their families through the cloud to more than 200 community programs. This means Driving The Dream is able to make an additional 5,000 connections to agencies in our network as a result of the increased user base through CaseWorthy.
